SDS products running on z/Series systems require up-to-date product activation keys, character strings that verify the software license.

*These keys do not apply to E-Business Server for z/OS. For that, see SDS Product Downloads.

*If you require a DR key for VitalSigns SIEM Agent for z/OS, please create a ticket.

The standard annual key allows one specific product to run on one specific CPU until the end of the following May. Temporary keys, to run a specific product on any CPU for 7 days, are also available.

For renewing customers, SDS emails annual keys yearly in April.
To get a key now, please submit the form below.

On April 5th, 2024, we emailed annual keys for 2024-25.

Moving a product to a new CPU requires a new key. This option gets you temporary key(s) to run specific product(s) on any CPU for the next seven days. The key(s) will stop working 7 days from today. We will contact you in the next business day about creating a new annual key.

If your annual key for this year (2022-2023) is lost or otherwise missing, select this option.
We will send you a copy of your existing key, good through May 2023.

If you need something not described above, please explain in the Comment box. We will get back to you the next business day.
